In this course, you will be focusing on how to improve these core skills:

Hand-Eye Coordination Development with Ball Movements
Whether you're playing games, doing schoolwork, or pretty much doing anything, coordination skills are extremely important. Hand-eye coordination is the ability of the eyes to guide the hands in movement. By using basic ball handling exercises, this is a perfect practice to enhance hand-eye coordination skills, which helps in pretty much all types of coordinating movements from sports to every day life.

Bilateral Coordination Development with Throwing Motions
Bilateral coordination is the ability to use both sides of the body together. By practicing throwing motions, you'll be learning why it's important to coordinate your entire body to make the perfect throw.

Reaction and Timing
It is vital for children to build proper reaction and timing skills because it helps develop a stronger connection between hand-eye coordination, bilateral coordination, and analytical thinking. With this course, children will practice their reaction and timing skills with color-coordinated movement challenges and ball catching games.

Balance and Rhythm
Another important aspect of perfecting coordination skills is having good balance and rhythmic development. Improving balance at a young age helps children to greatly enhance body awareness and spatial awareness, and develop better control of their bodies. When children practice moving to a rhythm, it boosts their self-regulation skills and body control.
