In this course, you will be focusing on how to improve these core skills:


Basic Upper Body Muscle Strengthening
Training your upper body may make you imagine gaining huge biceps and shoulders. But studies from various child development studies show that children who train their upper body strength or partake in sports that focus on building muscle in the upper body is vital for a variety of skills such as improved handwriting, reactionary movement, improved mobility, fine motor skills, and self-help skills. Training the upper body also helps to build muscle around the heart, support the neck, improve posture, and develop spatial awareness.


Pull Force Development
To break down several muscle building concepts, two of the simplest yet most effective ways is to practice movements involving pushing and pulling. By training your muscles with pull exercises means to train your body to resistance, flexibility, good posture, and understand how we distribute our weight within our main muscle groups. In this course, you will train your whole body to pull and maintain proper form while developing resistance power.


Push Force Development
Training with push movements help to build a large group of muscles and are amongst the most common and popular way for athletes to build muscle. Push movements help with balance and overall development of power. In this course, you will practice several push movements and will even face challenges to push yourself off the ground!


Abdominal Training
A large part of strength building means to have a strong core, or abdomen area. You may think that building arm muscles is the key to make you stronger, but to truly achieve strength, your entire body relies heavily on your core. In this course, your core will develop more power and gain better stability for your entire body.
