He has taught and supported hundreds of children of Japanese families, as well as multi-national families, and seen them grow up to become successful professionals and internationally minded parents. His passion and drive have always been our incentive to establish our company and spread international education in Japan and the world. His dedication towards academic excellence has resulted in sending over 300 students to boarding schools and colleges abroad. The number continues to grow each year.
Worked for Deloitte, NYC (one of the big four accounting organization in the world) for two years. She remained in contact with Smith College, helping to recruit new students. Her developing interest in the education industry encouraged her to leave the well paid job and she currently proudly works for a large study abroad support company based in Tokyo.
"“I still remember our first meeting. She was shy so I had to be gentle and work my way around until she got used to me. I helped her to get into Gould Academy. She is a typical success story at Gould, a shy girl who gave her all to fit in and gain as much as she can. They still talk about her at the school.
When she came to me on her during a break on her junior year, hearing her story, I refused to let her give up. Masami has helped me represent her to the admissions office. I was relieved when Smith offered her enough aid to enroll into the school.
She has chosen her career to work for Deloitte on her own, but I think the decision to change her career into education was somewhat influenced by our interaction and how we helped her to pursue further education in college. I am proud of the decision for her career change to follow what she really wanted to do, even by forfeiting a well-paid job at Deloitte.”"

“ Mr. Montgomery had the most updated and lively information on high schools and colleges. He has sent many students to many different schools over the course of years, thus, he has access to more information from schools through his network he has created.
Being a veteran educator, he knows what to look for in schools. That has been the utmost advantage to my daughter’s academic career. He also has an astounding skill in understanding each and every student from academics to their characters.
Yes, my daughter is absolutely happy and satisfied with her high school and college that she attended due to his profound advice.
Mr. Montgomery is not only my daughter’s educational adviser, but her lifetime adviser. My daughter and I hope to have his help in my daughter’s future endeavors after college. ”
“ Mr. Montgomery was extremely supportive throughout my college application process. He shared with me his knowledge of colleges in the area of the U.S. I was looking at. He helped me select a handful of colleges that were right for me, guided me in producing a college essay I was happy with, and provided my family and me his input when we were deciding on the college to attend. Furthermore, Mr. Montgomery encouraged me throughout the stressful process and always offered his assistance to me.
“Yes, I think his expertise in the field of education as well as his long experience as a teacher made a difference in his consulting service. “
I believe that he was able to evaluate my choices of schools from a teacher s perspective and offer me sound advice. “
