Dear Parents,
We hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality education and continuously improving our services, our school is currently undergoing the accreditation process with Cognia. Your feedback and input are crucial to this process, and we kindly request your participation in a brief survey.

GSA Office Closes: Year-end and New Year Holidays
The GSA Office will be closed between 12/29 to 1/3, and lessons will not be held during this time.

Price Change Announcement
Due to increasing materials and overhead costs, we have had to review our price plans to ensure that we continue to provide the best value and experience for our customers.
As a result, we will be increasing the monthly plan fee and additional coins purchase fee by 8.2% (value may differ depending on the decimal place) effective November 1st, 2023.

Regarding Make-up Classes For Private Classes Scheduled on School Closure Period
The GSA Office will be closed from December 29, 2022 to January 3, 2023. (We will be closed at 21:30 JST on December 28, 2022 and resume operation at 6:00 JST on January 4, 2023) There will be no classes held during this period. Any private classes booked during the school closure will be canceled. However, you may book a make-class from your student account.
The coins consumed for the canceled class will be returned to your student account on the billing date in December or January. Please book the make-up class after the coins have been returned to your account.
Coins are valid for 5 months from the date of return and can only be used as long as you are on a monthly price plan.

Example
Your Lesson Plan: 25 minute lessons twice a week (Wed & Fri)
Your Charge Date: Every 10th of the month
You have a total of 8 lessons on 12/14(Wed), 16(Fri), 21(Wed), 23(Fri), 28(Wed), 30(Fri), 1/4(Wed), 6(Fri), but the lesson on 12/30(Fri) will be canceled as the school is closed. If you take the ELA Standard class, 1 lesson is 100 coins, so 100 coins will be added to your student account on the billing date of 12/10. You may use this 100 coins to book a make-up class.

Notice of Change in Contract Company
Students who have registered after February 2021 currently have a contract with GSA Online International Inc. However in order to consolidate and unify our online education business and provide services to students more smoothly, we will be transitioning to a contract with GSA Consulting Inc which is part of the GSA Group. Although the contract will be transitioned to GSA Consulting Inc., there will be no changes in any of the services we provide such as the lesson content, reservations and fees, contact details of the Student Relations department, and terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact the Student Relations department.
