Group Course Sign Up

This section will cover how you can sign up for the types of group courses.

How To Sign Up for a Group Course

Go to the Group Course List page, and locate a non-kit based course.

*To understand the difference between a non-kit based course and kit-based courses, you will see courses that are tagged with the blue Course Kit Included tag and courses that have none.

Click More Info, and you will be directed to the Group Course Detail page of that course.

Here you will see all the course details about this particular course.

Go here to view the Full Group Course Detail Page breakdown to see what details are included in group course detail pages.

Click the Sign Up button.

In order to take the course, students must meet the necessary prerequisites to take the course.

This includes the language level requirement that is required to take this course, agreeing and understanding the cancellation policy, and any required technical setup and/or parental supervision information that must be read and agreed upon to take the course.

Once you have read and checked off each disclaimer and requirement, Click Continue to proceed, or click Cancel and Go back to the Course Detail page.

You will be led to a summary page. Click Continue to proceed, or click Cancel and Go back to the Course Detail page.

*You will view any kit content included in this course and the separate cost of the kit in addition to the course fee.

Confirm your address.

If you need to update your address, click Update your address.

You will be led to a final order summary page.

Choose what payment type you would like to use to pay for the course.

Click Place Order to finalize your sign-up.

Or, click Go Back and Edit if you need to check the disclaimers and requirements again, or click Cancel and Go back to the Course Detail page.

You will be led to a sign-up confirmation page. You will also receive a Sign-Up Confirmation email shortly after with the schedule information, price, and a Materials page link to get you prepared prior to the the course start.

You will be able to view the group course on your Schedule page under the Notifications section. Check here to look back on the course detail page.
