Learning Plan

Here is where you will be able to learn about your Learning Plan, including adding new courses, changing frequency or schedule of classes, and more.




Q. What is the coin system?

A. Based on your Learning Plan, certain amount of coins will be added to your student account and you may use the coins to book classes. Unused coins will be carried over to next month and you may use them to book classes for up to 5 months. You may use the coins to pay for special events and programs such as Summer School and Winter School. We will be announcing our new events and programs via our weekly newsletter.

*ELA Standard and ELA Advanced are GSA's core curriculum. You will mainly take the core curriculum with additional courses depending on your learning needs.

Q. What type of Learning Plan am I on?

A. To find out your Learning Plan:

  1. Go to your Schedule Page
  2. Click on 1. Account
  3. Click on 2. Learning Plan
  4. You should be able to view your Learning Plan and the details within your plan.


Q. What is the Monthly payment?

A. Your monthly fee is automatically charged to your registered credit card each month on your billing date. Once the monthly payment is settled, you will be able to continue taking classes. If your credit card fails to settle your monthly payment on the billing date due to expired credit card or related reasons, you will not be able to take any classes until you settle your payment.

If you receive an email notifying you about a payment failure, please update your credit card information and immediately notify the Student Relations team so that we can resume your classes after you have completed your payment. If you do not respond within 7 days of receiving the email, all classes will be automatically cancelled and you will not be able to continue taking classes with your assigned teacher.


Q. Can I change my Learning Plan?

A. You can change your Learning Plan by accessing the Learning Plan page as shown below.

You will be able to change your Learning Plan by changing the frequency of the amount of classes you take. Please note that you will only be able to officially change your Learning Plan if you change it 7 days prior your next charge date.

Q. How long can I keep coins for?

A. Coins can be kept in your account for up to 5 months.


Q. Can I pay by bank transfer?

A. We do not accept payment by bank transfer. We ask that you pay by credit card.


Q. What credit cards do you accept?

A. We accept JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, DISCOVER.


Q. How do I quit?

A. To quit GSA, please contact our Student Relations team.


Q. If I apply for withdrawal, what is the withdrawal date?

After you submit your withdrawal application, the withdrawal procedure will be completed in about 3 days. Please apply for withdrawal within at least 3 days before the start of the next usage month. If you do not make an application within 3 days, you will be withdrawn from the usage month after the next month.
