FAQ > Learning Plan
Here is where you will be able to learn about your Learning Plan, including adding new courses, changing frequency or schedule of classes, and more.
A. Based on your Learning Plan, certain amount of coins will be added to your student account and you may use the coins to book classes. Unused coins will be carried over to next month and you may use them to book classes for up to 5 months. You may use the coins to pay for special events and programs such as Summer School and Winter School. We will be announcing our new events and programs via our weekly newsletter.
*ELA Standard and ELA Advanced are GSA's core curriculum. You will mainly take the core curriculum with additional courses depending on your learning needs.

A. To find out your Learning Plan:
A. Your monthly fee is automatically charged to your registered credit card each month on your billing date. Once the monthly payment is settled, you will be able to continue taking classes. If your credit card fails to settle your monthly payment on the billing date due to expired credit card or related reasons, you will not be able to take any classes until you settle your payment.
If you receive an email notifying you about a payment failure, please update your credit card information and immediately notify the Student Relations team so that we can resume your classes after you have completed your payment. If you do not respond within 7 days of receiving the email, all classes will be automatically cancelled and you will not be able to continue taking classes with your assigned teacher.
A. You can change your Learning Plan by accessing the Learning Plan page as shown below.
You will be able to change your Learning Plan by changing the frequency of the amount of classes you take. Please note that you will only be able to officially change your Learning Plan if you change it 7 days prior your next charge date.
If you need assistance regarding your Learning Plan, please contact the Student Relations team.
A. Coins can be kept in your account and be used for up to 5 months from the date of purchase. Please note that you may only keep and use the coins while you are on a paid monthly plan.
A. We do not accept payment by bank transfer. We ask that you pay by credit card.
A. We accept JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, DISCOVER.
Those who wish to discontinue taking private lesson may apply for withdrawal and become a free Community member. Please apply for withdrawal within at least 3 days before the start of the next usage month by contacting the Student Relations team. I If you choose to contact us via email, please be sure to include the following information in the email: 1. registered email address 2. registered student name 3. desired withdrawal date 4. reason for changing your plan. After the withdrawal date, you will not be able to take any private lessons and all you private lesson reservations will be cancelled automatically (please note you will not be refunded). Also, any coins remaining in your account will be terminated (non-refundable) at 22:00 JST on the day of withdrawal, so we recommend that you use up all the remaining coins before the withdrawal date.
